In recognition of the special relationship that exists between Gardner-Webb University and the public school systems that provide clinical experiences in preparing educators who are knowledgeable theorists and skilled practitioners, we share a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with each school district where our students are placed into classrooms for practical, hands on learning. Clinical experiences are a major component of the curriculum and should be appropriately planned, supervised, and evaluated by qualified persons from the University and by qualified persons from the local public school system.
The following is a list of school systems we currently have MOUs:
