Her topic was “Story Time: Applying Public Library Principles to Serving the Community in an Academic Library.” Previous Recognition June 2021 Ms. Hartley led a roundtable discussion on “Exploring Online Tools for Outreach” at the Reference, Instruction, Outreach (RIO) conference on June 16, 2021. RIO is one of NICIU’s library collaborative affinity groups.
