Dr. Lisa Wicker is a respected human capital strategist, employee engagement expert, and global HR executive with more than three decades of Fortune 500 leadership experience. She is the Founder and CEO of Linwick & Associates, LLC, a global human resources consulting firm whose client engagements have included General Motors, State Farm, Walgreens, Mercedes-Benz, and TPG Capital. Dr. Wicker has held senior leadership roles as Vice President of International HR for Lowe’s, where she guided global expansion, M&A due diligence, and HR strategy across Mexico, Australia, Canada, and India, and as Chief Diversity Officer at Chrysler, where she advised and supported strategy during the automotive industry bailout. She also served as Chief HR Executive Officer for MGM Grand Detroit, leading HR infrastructure development, and labor negotiations for the nation’s first fully unionized casino.
Dr. Wicker is a certified member of the Private Directors Association, a member of the NYSE Board Services Candidate Network, has served on several boards including a Board of Trustee Member for Stillman College, and previously served as a member of the White House Steering Committee HBCU Initiative.
