Instructor, RN-BSN Program Coordinator and Interim Simulation Coordinator, Hunt School of Nursing

Mrs. Ashley Hull and Mrs. Tara Hayes presented a 45-minute webinar entitled “Looking in from the Outside: Simulation Learning from an Observer Perspective” at the 12th Annual Beyond the Manikin: Best Practices in Simulation Education Conference on Friday, April 1st, 2022. This was originally a presentation initiated by the late Dr. Sharon Creed-Hall in March 2020 when the conference was cancelled.  Mrs. Hayes and Mrs. Hull were honored to complete the presentation in memory of Dr. Sharon Creed-Hall in hopes of carrying on her legacy and passion for simulation in nursing education.

    Professor of Chemistry Drs. Totten, Eddins, Brooks, and Mr. Willis were just published in the scientific journal Food Research International. The article was titled “Qualitative Identification of Volatile Compounds in Foods and Flowers Using Passive Headspace Extraction with Activated Charcoal Fabric”.
