category: Recognition Tara Hayes, MSN By Gardner-Webb University On January 5, 2023 Instructor, RN-BSN Program Coordinator and Interim Simulation Coordinator, Hunt School of Nursing Mrs. Ashley Hull and Mrs. Tara Hayes presented a 45-minute webinar entitled “Looking in from the Outside: Simulation Learning from an Observer Perspective” at the 12th Annual Beyond the Manikin: Best Practices in Simulation Education Conference on Friday, April 1st, 2022. This was originally a presentation initiated by the late Dr. Sharon Creed-Hall in March 2020 when the conference was cancelled. Mrs. Hayes and Mrs. Hull were honored to complete the presentation in memory of Dr. Sharon Creed-Hall in hopes of carrying on her legacy and passion for simulation in nursing education. Previous Recognition 2021 Prof. Hayes has been selected to serve on the Lippincott DocuCare Editorial Advisory Board.
