Accepted Transfer Students

Your journey to becoming a Bulldog starts here

Congratulations on your Acceptance!

This section is geared to traditional undergraduate students. Undergraduate Online Degree Completion students should visit Accepted Online Students for more information.

Follow these steps to complete the enrollment process.

Step 1: Celebrate!

Now that you’ve been accepted to Gardner-Webb University, your next step is to enroll as a full-fledged Runnin’ Bulldog.

Step 2: Contact your Admissions Counselor

Molly Allison
Senior Transfer and International Counselor
[email protected]
(704) 406-2171

Step 3: File Your FAFSA (If applicable)

call the Federal Processor (FAFSA) at (800) 433-3243 and request that Gardner-Webb receive your financial aid information, or go to their web site at www.fafsa.gov and add our school code, 002929.

Your financial aid award at GWU will be based on the academic credits that have been accepted and posted as of the day your financial aid award is made. Late transfer credits may result in higher loan eligibility.

Step 4: Review Your Transfer Credit Evaluation

If you are having trouble understanding your evaluation of transfer credits, or if you would like to question the way your courses transferred into Gardner-Webb, please call or email Sonya Torres at (704) 406-3041 or [email protected].

Step 5: Setup WebbConnect

WebbConnect is the portal you will use for important things like accessing your Blackboard classes. As a First Time User, be sure to setup your username and password.

Step 6: Connect With Us

Follow us on social media for updates from the university.
