Get to the Airport Safely

Gardner-Webb University offers a low cost regional airport shuttle transportation during designated time throughout the school year. Service is provided both to and from, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).

Please be sure and schedule your shuttle departure to allow for ample travel time. You should plan on 1 ½ hours travel time, assuming no unexpected delays. To ensure a seat on the shuttle, please complete your booking at least 48 hours in advance.

NOTE: The office is not monitored after hours or on weekends.

Any bookings submitted less than 48 hours in advance will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied if payment has been submitted.

Gardner-Webb offices are closed on November 26-30th and then again on December 22-31st.
