Hull’s Memorial Baptist Church in Falmouth, VA is seeking a senior pastor with a seminary degree for a small church with an active membership of approximately 60.
HMBC was founded in 1888 as a community church, which was the result of one woman’s work. Sally Hull wished to teach children about the love of Jesus, so she started a Sunday School in a brush arbor. The first church building was built about 10 years later, and was used, with some additions, until 1959, when a new building on adjoining property was built. The first full-time pastor was hired in 1950. There have been 8 full-time pastors since then.
