Prior to renting gear, the renter must agree to and understand all terms.

Gear must be cleaned and returned in the condition in which it was checked out.
Damage fees will be issued based on extent of damage and difficulty of repair.
The renter is responsible for all damages to the equipment.
Any repairs or necessary replacement of gear not paid by the renter will result in a charge on the renter’s student account.
Refusal to pay for damages and loss of gear will result in the renter no longer being allowed to rent from Gardner-Webb Adventure Recreation
If equipment is checked out past the return date, a late fee will be issued for every day past the return date. If not returned within three days, the full cost of the equipment will fall on the renter. All fees are due upon returning the equipment checked-out.

*Equipment will be inspected upon return. Damage charges will be explained and sent to the renter.
