Be a Summer Scholar Fellow
The Summer Scholar Fellowship is a high-impact opportunity for students to carry out original research, a creative project, or service learning project under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Fellows are awarded room and board during a five-week summer term to complete their fellowship.
Junior and senior (60 credit hours or more) undergraduate students in good standing are welcome to apply.

The Summer Scholar Fellowship is full-time and on-campus. Fellows should dedicate about 40 hours per week to their project for the five-week summer term.
Fellows are expected to complete several stages of project development including:
Students have the option to pursue PREX 401 (a non-credit hour bearing course that satisfies the PRE requirement) for completing a Summer Scholar Fellowship project.
