Apply for Graduation

Students applying for graduation and Commencement must complete their application in order to participate.

How to Apply?

  1. Click “Apply to Graduate” below.
  2. Follow all directions and click the submission button in all areas of the application process.
  3. When completing the process, you will receive the message that your application has been submitted. You will also receive an email that your application has been submitted.

Deadlines for Graduation Applications for All Programs

Completing all coursework by May 2025?

Opening date to submit: May 17, 2024

Note: $50 late fee applies from March 15, 2025 – May 1, 2025.

Diploma

All graduates will be presented with a diploma cover at the commencement or recognition ceremony. The diploma itself will be shipped to the address you provide. Please allow six to eight weeks from the date of commencement for home delivery.

Settle with Student Accounts

All fees must be paid to the Student Accounts Office in order to receive the diploma and selected services such as a transcript.  Questions regarding your student account should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 704-406-4287.
