We accept up to 90 credits from 4-year institutions and 76 credits from 2-year institutions.   • Provide official transcripts from regionally accredited institutions showing minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.*
  • You can transfer up to 76 credits from two-year institutions. You can transfer up to 90 credits from four-year institutions.**
  • Many courses have already been approved for transfer by the Office of the Registrar and can be viewed on GWU’s Transfer Credit Equivalency Table.
  • All transfer students must complete at least the final 30 credit hours with Gardner-Webb (online programs) or one half the major (on campus programs).

* Nursing programs require a minimum GPA of 2.5 on all previous college-level courses.
** To receive credit for a course, you must have earned a grade of “C” or better in the course.
