Students applying for graduation or Commencement must complete their application in order to participate.
*Applications will be accepted and reviewed until the closing date each term. Late applicants will incur a $50 late fee and may not have their name in the Commencement program due to printing deadlines. Late applicants are invited to participate in the Commencement.
**All summer graduates are invited to participate in the upcoming Fall Commencement Ceremony.
Qualifying graduates may petition to walk early if they have met all graduation requirements and will have no more than two (2) outstanding courses totaling six (6) credit hours or less remaining to complete all degree requirements. Inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
All graduates will be presented with a diploma cover at commencement. The diploma itself will be shipped to the address you provide on your graduation application. Please allow six to eight weeks from the date of commencement for home delivery.
All fees must be paid to the Student Accounts Office in order to receive the diploma and selected services such as a transcript. Questions regarding your student account should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 704-406-4287 or [email protected].
