Bill Clearance Policy

(Effective Fall 2025) 

Starting Fall 2025, any student who does not obtain Bill Clearance by their program’s deadline will have their schedule dropped. Bill Clearance must be secured each semester. 

It is the student’s responsibility to obtain Bill Clearance.  Each student must stay informed about their Bill Clearance deadlines and ensure adherence. Failure to meet the deadlines can result in the loss of scheduled classes. 

If all requirements for Bill Clearance are satisfied, clearance will be granted for that semester.

Undergraduate Students Bill Clearance Schedule

Academic Year 2025-26 | Semesters: Fall 25, Spring 26, Summer 26

Bill clearance requires completion of the  following before the final day to complete Bill Clearance. 

1. SFRA = Student Financial Responsibility Agreement
2. SFCI – Student Financial Check In
3. Financial aid to satisfy all charges must be in place with credit based loans approved and required actions for aid to disburse to your student account completed. 
4. Any remaining balance after financial aid must be paid in full or by enrollment in a payment plan option
