Participation in productions gives the student an opportunity to perform roles in works ranging from musicals to chamber opera to standard operatic literature.
Musical Theatre & Opera (MUSC 378) is open to all students regardless of major. Full-length productions are occasionally presented and are staged with costumes, scenery, and orchestra.
In addition to full productions, Musical Theatre & Opera occasionally presents an Evening of Staged Scenes drawn from the repertoire of opera, operetta, and musicals. Participation is open to all GWU students pending approval of the director.
